Aliya's first movie!

How exciting...especially for Aliya's Blog fans..is Aliya's first publicly released movie!
This is the first time she's ever gone down a slide by herself...(we think! - although actually I have no idea what she really gets up to in Mel's house!)

Aliya's vocabulary (archived...)

stobedee = strawberry (some things are just worth 3 syllables)
buy = butterfly (who needs to bother with 3 syllables when mummy understands what she's saying?
dabeedar = teddy bear
aik = egg - her favourite food!
baboon = baloon
pikpee = finished (apparently this is Turkish, comes with hand action too)
por por = por por thinks it means por por, but i suspect Liya thinks it means phone!
no no no = how could i forget her favorite word - said with lots of emphasis and a wagging finger (the answer to every question btw)
pee = not what u may think! This means fish (can't pronounce 'f' or 'sh')
wowowo = again, dog
duck = also can mean dog
mau mau = cat (or sometimes dog)
mum mum = feed me!
pahpoo = i've done a poo-poo, do u still want me to sit on the potty as a token gesture?
o! (hot - pronounced without 'h' or 't')
uh-oh! = I've dropped something (usually on purpose and usually into an unreachable place)
Nicknee = Nicky (cousin, ally in naughtiness and best friend)
star = Aliya's night light which projects images of stars
moo moo moo = moon or anything in the night sky
moo moo moo = cow or any moving object
payy = plane
behh = bird
Duck!! = Duck (her favourite thing and her best pronounced word)
Mummmeee-ah = Mummy
Daddeee = Daddy
